How to participate The Federation of Italian Philatelic Societies (FSFI), in collaboration with the Italian Philatelic Association ''A. Diena'' of Rome, organizes Romafil 2010, National and Qualifying Exhibition with international participation, on 29 - 31 October 2010. Regulations The philatelic exhibition is regulated by the Regulation for Exhibitions and Jury of the Italian Federation, by the Individual Regulations for Romafil 2010 Exhibition (IREX), as well as by the FIP regulations for the evaluation of the exhibits (GREV & SREV). The exhibition will encompass the following sections and classes.
Sections National exhibition (EN) with international participation - Championship (only for Italian exhibits) - Competition Qualifying exhibition (EQ) (only for Italian exhibits)
The ''One Frame'' section will not be present. There will be also a non-competitive Court of Honor.
Classes - Aerophilately - Thematic Philately - Traditional Philately - Revenues
Application Form Registrations were closed on September 6, 2010, therefore it is no longer possible to submit applications.
Participation fee The participation fee is 8 Euro per frame. Ways of payment will be specified in the communication of the acceptance.
International participation The FSFI, thanks also to the support of the Italian Post Office (Poste Italiane), has invited to the exhibition the philatelic federations of Greece, Portugal and Spain. Each Federation will participate with a selection of exhibits in the same classes of the National Exhibition. Romafil 2010 will be then a new opportunity of side by side competition between Italian and foreign collectors, in the same spirit of international opening of Italian philately that inspired ''Italia 2009''. The Jury will have an International composition as well.
